Process
In order to get a perfect barbell bar, from slitting raw materials, to calibrating the bending, measuring the load-bearing, polishing, knurling, electroplating, assembly, labeling, packaging and other more than ten kinds of processes, each procedure can not be ignored.
Assembly
When all the production processes are completed, start assembling the barbell rod, and at the same time measure the length of the knurling, whether the plating is up to standard, whether the rod is bumped, whether the bearing speed is in line with the properties of the rod, all the inspection is not a problem, and finally apply a layer of protective oil to prepare the final packaging.

Generally speaking, the barbell bar made of hard chrome surface is more popular with trainers because of its strong and durable characteristics, but the color is only silver and black, in order to create more choices for customers, we have developed ceramic color rods to meet more color needs.
