Order

For samples ：

If you just need our existing product inspection quality, it can be arranged to be sent out in 1-3 days.

If you need to customize the brand on the sample, it generally takes 7-10 days, and it needs an additional plate cost, the detailed cost needs to be determined according to the logo method.

For bulk productions :

After confirming the order, start to arrange production, if customized according to customer requirements, the first sample will be made to the customer for the first time to confirm whether it meets the requirements, no problem to start mass production, before shipment will provide customers with product photos, inspection photos, packaging photos, the whole process takes about 25-30 days, of course, according to the actual quantity and production requirements to determine how many days it takes.

Payment

Once we have confirmed the details of the order, you will need to pay a minimum deposit of 30% or all so that we can start arranging production, no refunds and unilateral termination of the contract are allowed. Pay the balance before delivery.

Packaging

Each product comes with its own free packaging, of course, we can also help customize packaging bags, cartons, zipper bags and other packaging suitable for product sales according to customers’ requirements.

Quality Inspection

After the end of production, we have a special person to test the quality of the product, and then arrange the packaging into the box after passing the inspection, once there is any problem, we will immediately make corresponding measures to ensure that the products received by customers are satisfied.

Of course, if the customer arranges a third-party inspection, we will also fully cooperate, and our ultimate goal is to provide quality products.

Shipping

Regarding transportation, you can choose to arrange it by us, or we can hand over the goods to your designated forwarder to arrange the shipment for you, and we will fully meet your needs.

Therefore, we also need your company name, specific address, contact number, contact person, and even some countries customers need a tax number, so that we can help you quickly arrange for the shipment.
